I had searched and found no clear picture of the Xenarc screen in the Navpod, well here is mine which I will be using with the HKS Camp and a carputer for MP3, XM radio, GPS, DVD.

What did you use to affix the screen into the NavPod? I've got a Xenarc 700TSV in mine, and I just used hot glue to hold it in. I do NOT recommend this, as on hot days, it becomes very soft and the screen moves around a bit. I think I need to try again using some silicone adhesive or something.
I used hot glue as well but was also planning on using silicone to finish sealing the edge. May also use some epoxy since this will prevent any slip.
Thanks for the tip.
I epoxied in a brace behind the monitor to hold it secure - the brace is only glued to the shell, not the monitor to keep it clean should warranty ever have been issue. I just used a piece of 1/2" x 2" MDF cut to size to fit across the back and glue to the sides.
Tim, can you get a better picture of how the screen mates up to the front of the Navpod. I ended up using a Kenwood touch screen, but had to modify the living heck out of it. Read: good bye waranty! I cann not tell if yours is as good as I would like it.

I can at least say that the Xenarc screen does fit quite well without modification, although you do have to trim the tabs on the inside of the NavPod. It's a tight fit, but I think if the screen is properly affixed then the gap would be pretty much gone.
The only other issue with this screen is that the buttons are hidden behind the trim, so you can either relocate them (voiding warranty, obviously), or just use the remote control to manage it (what I do). It does auto-on, and can be configured to auto switch to an input when it goes hot, which is useful for rear-view cams. The one benefit from the hidden buttons is that they dont consume any valuable screen space.
I found a pic I snapped during the install, it's from the side and you can see the gap. It hasn't bothered me enough to fix it yet, but I will next time I pull the dash out.
(sorry, it's kind of large) http://logarhythm.net/nsx/amp_install/P1010015.JPG

Hey Tim
Hot glue will get brittle and break, the epoxy will hold it but you can't take it back off without damaging something.
I used lots of silicone that way I can pull it back out.
