I was just at Costco and I saw them. Also PS2 at $259.
Wonder why the Xbox is so much more cheaper? Maybe Xbox'2' coming out soon?

Here we reached 189.- CHF that translates to 130 US$ for the X-Box with 1controller and one game... !

The PS2 is about 20$ more expensive.

$219 includes a kit.

Normally the Xbox and PS2 sell for $179...$199 for the PS2 with network adapter.

I almost bought my Xbox at Costco. The only reason I didn't was that I had no plans to buy the DVD remote, didn't really need a second controller, and the games are the same ones normally included...so Costco didn't seem like much of a deal for me.

If I remember correctly, Costco's PS2 bundle includes 2 games (one current, one "Greatest Hits"), an extra controller, a memory card, and the network adapter.

Might have to break down and buy one for the home sooner or later. I don't even play my PS1 anymore.
I get more use out of the PS2 in my car.
