Hi all,

i finally got my ww kit installed (with side bracket to prevent sagging).. it looks good, but, i think the ww bodykit somehow "makes" the wheel gap seem larger...

so, that means i will probably have to lower my car with Bilstein shock.. 7/8".. probably will use OEM springs, stock 16/17 oe rims..

can someone please be so kind to post picture with this set up?

also, i think when we lower our car, the wheel would "seem" to stick further in from the fender.. i guess spacer might make this look better,, anyone happen to have pix with this setup?

What kind of Bracket?

JJC- Are you talking about your own custom bracket for the side skirts, or the one SOS was going to make? Do you have Pictures of the Bracket and skirts?

body shop put a "L" bracket inside the side..

i do have picture, but, it is from outside (finished) project.. nothing special.... sorry i dont have picture from inside..

hope this "L" bracket will hold it from sagging

JJCNSX,

You will see a huge difference by adding adapters.

Have you seen an NSX (w/ OEM wheels) lowered without adapters? It looks really weird and funky (IMO) the tires are tucked in too deep.

regards

Hi!

are you locally (BA, CA)? i've seen Eibach + lower perch .. and the rims look too far in.. but, i've not seen ww kit w/ lower perch.. is that what you have?

if so, can i take a look? thx

i dont know if the screw helped much.. but, they are butt ulgy.. to us at least... most ppl wont look at them that carefully.

my bodyshop algined the sqats ok.. not the best, but better than most ww kit i've seen.

well, i was hoping to mold the ww spats... but, cant find a body shop that is willing to do so (at a reasonable price).

anyhow, i think i am ok with it right now.. if i change my mind, then,,, i will see what i want to do then.

i am thinking if i should lower it with bilstein.. I think it might be the ww kit, it maks the wheel gap seems unusually large... but, i am afraid it might scrap too often..

can someone please post ww kit w/ lower perch?

Hey ac011,

do you have scraping probem with Bilstein lowered perched? Can you get by with bumps and hills in SF?

Handling wise, how does it compare to stock?

If you have time, let's meet up when i bring my NSX here in May. i would like to check out your height vs mine.. so i can decide either to go with the shock or not.

There are no scraping problem if you are running OEM tire size (215/45/16 , 245/40/17). Handing is same as stock if not better.... I love the new setup, it look better then stock.

Just PM me if you are coming to SF, I like to check out your WW fitments too.:)

HI all

i have LOTS of ppl asking me about this "L" bracket. i have no idea how it was made.. all i know it is an aluminum "L".

my bodyshop ppl did it for me. He is located in Seattle, WA. I honestly dont know if this "L" will hold up.. So far so good (as you can see from pic)

give me 2-3 months, i will write up a review.. and let you guys know.

thanks
