I remember the day when Republicans ruled the day in fundraising and it was described as an unfair advantage. Now that the tide has turned, a significant financial advantage is now considered evidence of support. Interesting how this item is depicted in the media now that the shoe is on the other foot.

I do like how they have moved the "Everyone making more than $250k will be taxed" (to death" to now $200k. Whats next? $150k? $100k?

i think it'll be interesting to see who actually wins the election... i don't think it's "over" (either way) by a long shot.

I've always understood it to be 200k for individuals and 250k per couple. That's where the numbers come from.
In the spirit of the Obama message I think he should give part of his funds to McCain since Obama has been able raise more funding. Of course Obama will say he has worked harder the last two years and deserves the extra funds but one should practice what he preaches and even the funding out with candidates that are much less fortunate.

I thought I was going to be able to get an awesome auger if I called in the first 5 minutes. I guess if you have dump trucks full of cash buying out TV is as good of use as any. He could also buy NSX's for independents to bribe them, Obama feel free to PM me.
Instead of giving cash to McCain, just trade VP's for the weekend. That will make it more even, and you know the reaching across the isle thing looks good and the voters really dig it:wink: McCain could use all the help he can get at this point cause the Palin bounce has flopped.
C'mon, lets not be so partisan about it. Anyone w/ $150M+, whether Republican or Democrat didn't get it w/o f-ing a few people along the way.

Reminds me of those really cheesy movies, "Your supreme ruler loves you".etc etc etc on every TV channel, on every digital billboard and the people get mesmorized by it. How creepy is that?
