WTF! Is this suspension arm bent?

I've cleaned the suspension today and discovered a bent lower suspension arm on the rear left. Holy cow? I first thought that a pothole could cause this but first I never had a pothole and second it would have bent at a different place, simple not there.
My second thought that it was bent through a force from above like something putting pressure on it and there is the gearbox. I had my gearbox out twice by two different mechanics. So I don't know which of them has caused this but it was surely an as*hole!

Different question: Is this save enough or would you get it changed soon to prevent other things...

BTW what is that for? Getting out the gearbox in a better way. If yes then I'm sure a Ferrari doesn't have this feature and would have been forced to remove the hole rear-end.

Yes, I did check the other side and the difference in shape was what I was scared about.

I went through this last year when a friend called me in a panic, that he had a track day and his suspension was bent. Luckily I had another car up in the air at the time of his call and was able to check it. Normal. And it is different then the passenger side.
