WTB: Any year NSX, <100k miles, <$40k, NO accidents/salvage titles, willing to travel

I'm looking for a well maintained Acura NSX. Here are my criteria:
1. Year: Any
2. Mileage: < 100k miles
3. Price: < $40k
4. Transmission: Manual transmission ONLY.
5. Color: Any color except black or yellow.
6. Modifications: none or minimal and very tasteful modifications.
7. Maintenance Records: Would highly prefer a vehicle with maintenance history and service/maintenance records.
8. History: I would prefer a lower number of owners, but higher is ok as long as the car is well cared for. I absolutely do NOT want a salvage title car, or a car with any fender benders, accidents, crashes.
