Looking for a 95+ (gotta have the targa!) with a manual transmission, color and mileage flexible as long as maintenance is up to date. Tasteful mods welcomed, but no aftermarket body kits/wide bodies. Ideally within 500 miles of the Washington, DC area. Budget 30-40k depending on the car.
