I don't know who's more stupid. The seller for scalping a $500 max item for 10-20 times the purchase price or a purchaser that pays that much in the first place. I'm in total awe. Great society we live in.

You're right, we do live in a great society. As long as what is being sold is not a basic human necessity, then it should go for what ever the market is willing to pay.

I can't stand it when people cry price gouging on things like Xboxes, Tickle me Elmo's, sporting events, concerts, or anything else that is not essential to human survival...or happiness for that matter. If you think something costs too much, then don't buy it.
