Wow, this NSX sounds too good to be true?

I wonder if the new owner is the current owner of the annual bumble bee award winner? An interesting similarity between the bidder's name and his screen name. Only time will tell..........

...and when you perceive from the Ad that the quality is not in the top 10%... it probably is in the low 1%!

But of course. Aren't all NSX's for sale non-smoking, always garaged, never seen any rain, no dings, dents or scratches, frequently serviced cars.

Regards.

But isn't EVERY NSX for sale too good to be true?

NSXaholic: *LOL* ... that's right, but you forgot -- the previous owner is always a grandma who drove it to the shops once a week and to church on Sunday.

Hmmmmm. I dunno guys (&gals). If that's really a clean, straight, "no stories" car, then I'd say that reserve was set a bit too low; enough so to make me have to wonder why. Of course seller motivation can be tough to figure. I must say, it certainly made everything else sitting around it in the showroom look rather homely by comparison, so maybe they just wanted to get it out of there because it was stealing all the attention <G>. Seriously though - if it was REALLY nice, somebody stole it; scheduled maintenance notwithstanding.

That '93 Blk/Blk is serial number 552. I own the matching car, number 553. Heck, I guess at that price I should've bought the thing myself. I'm sure I could've been the first club member to own a matched pair with sequential serial numbers. I'm sure I could've won a free can of Zymol @ NSXPO, or something <G>.

Yes, they all say that. BUT... How many say that they have had their timing belt and water pump replaced? How many ('91-93) say whether they are in snap ring range and if it's been repaired, and whether the window regulators have been updated? Definitely NOT 90 percent.

Nope, mines a 93 and looks/looked just like that.

So the guy I bought my car from that delivered the car to my home in a driving suit and wearing an helmet, 23 years old, street racer and drag race european champion was lying when he told me about the car being his grandmother's car?!?! Used only to make weekly 45 minutes steady 2500 rpm tours aorund his house?!?
