Unless it's SC'd, it's over-priced. That was the asking price 2yrs ago for an 1991 5spd w/ less than 18k miles... at a retailer notorious for not budging on their asking prices, but delivering A-1 quality automobiles (a good friend bought that NSX).
Have to realize this: if your NSX is going to be driven, you're gonna get nose-bleed depreciation on a low-mileage '91. There's a higher % of principal that is subect to losing value in a very-low mileage NSX as opposed to a mid-to-average mileage NSX.
Ex. If you drive 11k miles for 3yrs, the total mileage will be 60k. The value of the NSX will then be about $27.5k, at most.
