? will it or it need some holes drill?
I read somewhere about that there are holes somewhere on the front bumper for the US frame mount... what about a EURO?

As a general rule, German/English/French plates are not interchangable with the US frames and vice versa. The Euro mounting holes are spaced more out. Some manufacturers make Euro frames that will accept either, but US only frames, not a chance.

You can always rig something up for the fronts more then likely. For the rears, its very hard to do without drilling...

I disagree, Sunny. I would bet that the front U.S. license plate frame for the NSX is interchangeable with the Euro one.

Remember, the holes that are drilled on the front nose to accommodate the license plate frame have nothing to do with the size and shape of the license plate. These holes are for the bracket behind the license plate, not for the holes in the license plate itself. The screws are inserted vertically (upward) through the bracket and into the nose. I would bet that the Euro cars and the North American cars have these vertical holes in the exact same place behind the front bumper.

You can see what I'm talking about in the NSX service manual here (dial-up users beware). Go to page 874 of the .pdf file, which is page 20-48 of the service manual. At the lower left corner of the diagram, you see the license plate frame. I would bet that the two "arms" which extend backwards from the license plate have the same hole spacing in them on the Euro version as on the U.S. version, to meet up with holes in the bumper in the same location, so that the frames are interchangeable.

NSXGOD would know for sure.

Of course, most of us in the States don't use the front license plate, even those who live in states where it's legally required (but not rigorously enforced).

I am with him ^. It does use the same bolt pattern to mount to the bumper. You can get away with one on the front of your car if your state doesnt require the use of the front plate. Check out the picture gallery there are some nice pics of Tronds Norwegian nsx A really clean looking car.

Most Euro mounting brackets are very "adaptive" since you can choose how to attach it by moving the screws horizontally or vertically. The one we use in Switzerland can be mounted on almost every 2-hole combination (distance, size, ...).

I don't think the Euro plate looks good on the NSX, front or back. Normally I like the Euro plates on cars. The front is placed too low and the rear cut out is too big with that strange border that sticks out.
A very bad job by Honda.
