Why on god's green earth would anyone want to do this?
That is the most hideous CRX I have seen!! 
And I've seen a handful of ugly CRX's......

Hmmm....would I stain the ground effects or paint them? I think a mahogany stain would go very nice with the black upper body color. 
But then again a coat of sears weather beater would hold up longer.I could see this turning into a big pain in the butt like an old wooden boat that need to be refinished every year. I guess I will pass on this one.

Looking on the bright side of this car:
* Certain types of wood are cheaper, lighter and easier to mold than carbon fibre.
* It's unique.
* It's wood exterior matches the speakers + subwoofer casing.
* You only need to wax half the car.
* In the end, if you don't like the car, it makes great kindling for the fire...
