I don't know which was funnier, watching her try to park or the comments from the people watching:biggrin:

hmmmm, maybe someone should have went out and helped her instead of sitting there and laughing for a good 5 mins.

Wow.

There's a shopping/restaurant center near my house. There are lots of parallel parking spots on the streets of the center. My wife and I like to visit the outdoor restaurants and sit and watch people parallel park. Dinner and a show!

But none we've witnessed to date have been as bad as the one in this video (close, though). Usually people will go back and forth three, four, maybe five times before they give up and look for another spot.

Nobody in America parallel parks better than us NYC'ers. Its a way of life for us.

I once witness someone as bad as this maybe even worse. I felt this great urge of going down 5 stories and just tell the guy "Look I'll park the damn car so traffic can go by". It got even more aggrivating when his girlfriend got out the car to help him out by giving him directions and HE STILL COULDN'T PARK THE CAR! I'll admit he was driving a truck but still I've parrellel parked large vehicles before and it's not that hard.

That's why you need these:

Looks like she's probably a danger to herself and everyone else on the road.
I can't imagine her on the interstate. Turning left when she wants to turn right. Yikes.

I see your NYC'ers and raise you a San Franciscan sir

I see both and raise you a Pittsburgh South Sider. This one wasn't even close to one of my better no-taps!

Though I have no doubt that you and NYC'ers and all of us blessed with being garageless have developed comparable skills...
