Wipers issue

Hi primers..

I have few minor issues with the NSX.

I own a 1991 NSX and the wipers will not work on the speed 1 or 2. they only work on the fast speed. the other issue is that once the wipers are on at high speed if I turn it off it stops in the middle of the windshield. I have to time it appropriately to stop the wipers so they stop at the bottom. What can i do to fix this issue.

Start on Page 23-281 in the 1991 service manual. There are a few relays to check first to narrow down the issue.
