Wiper sticking out in the air

I took the car out today for the first time this year and I washed it to get 6 months of dust off. When I used the wipers the driver side wiper is now sticking out in the air. It is iether the spring or the base pivot point of the wiper has rusted. The reason the wiper is sticking in the air is the windshield shape forces it out when it hits the left side of the window and the spring is supposed to pull it back down when the wiper returns to the bottom.
Has this happened to another NSX? Should I put some oil on the wiper pivot point or do I need to replace the spring or the whole arm?

Take the wipers off like most of us do! Use Rain-X and your car will look better, and with Rain-X, you will actually see better in the rain as well.

The wiper fixed itself somehow. I guess the pivot point unrusted with no help from me. Now that 's a good car!
