wiper motor removal

Just did this on my car. Rip out top-most "windsheild gasket" It's not really a gasket, a cover, or weatherstrip or something. It just pops out, requires a bit of force, but I don't believe I broke anything (haven't put it back yet)

This is before or after you take out the cover piece over the motor.

Pretty easy think to do once you get comfortable with applying some force to the windsheild piece. Remove the wipers and motor - save 15 lbs!

My car is currently missing the cowl, and I can see the motor under it. I looked and looked, and could not see anything to remove. Any pics you may have about the removal? Any after it is taken out. I think the water drain is where the wiper bolt went...This is frustrating.
