Sorry for what might seem as a vague title, but the mounting bolt for my passenger wiper blade has movement, which is causing the blade itself to to very very slightly tap the underside of my hood. I have found the problem, which is the mounting bolt. The only problem is that I can't figure out what needs to be done to the part, and also how to completely remove the lower windshield plastic cowl (apologies if this term is incorrect). Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
BTW, for all the neat-freaks out there, try looking under this piece. It is filthy on mine. Just another idea for you when you are looking clean another part of the car. Thanks.
