I paid $270 to have these painted at a dealership with factory paint. "Flex-all" was also added to the paint to make sure that the paint doesn't chip off when the skirts are bent. They have been on my NSX for less than 6 months and are in perfect condition except for some scrapes on the bottom that cannot be seen when mounted. See Pics. All you need to do is buy industrial strength double sided tape from Home Depot to mount.
