Wings West front lip question

Planning to get this lip. Do I need the factory lip on for this to mount to? Or does it mount directly to the lower bumper? Thanks for any help.

i installed mine without the oem lip. However the instruction on it wasnt so clear. WW lip was design to install right over the 91-ish oem lip. OEM lip will provide some support for the WW lip.

I personall choose to use the OEM 91 lip as a guide to mounting mine. It helps maintain the right height while applying the WW Lip to the bumper. This will not work with the new style lip because the height changes because there is a flair in the new style OEM lip
