So the drivers side windshield wiper goes too far on the up swing, and hits the A-pillar. Is there a way to adjust this?? They seem to be seated just fine on my windshield in the down position, so I don't know why it's going too high.

2nd: What's the correct length for the two windshield wipers??

Try taking it off & moving it one spline on the spindle.
If you have the original arms, the drivers one should have a deflector on it - the passengers side does not.

sounds like you have a too long after market wiper blade or the rubber blade has slid off the rail.I don't have a dirrect measurement for you,but I'm sure someone will chime in with more specifics.

Well, I noticed that the passenger side wiper is too long...the tip of it hits the A-piller in the down position...

The drivers side "over sweeps"...basically it wipes part of my A-pillar...looks like it's been doing it for awhile, since the A-pillar is scratched. I just got the car 4 days ago, so I'm trying to work out all the little bugs.

I'll try removing it from the spindle and see if it help...I could re-set it lower, but it would be at a down angle in the "off" position I think...

I'd like to know the length in inches if anyone knows offhand so I can order some PIAA blades.

The stock rubber wiper blade inserts are about 21 3/4" long.

If you still have the stock metal wiper arm and metal wiper blade assembly, and the only part that is too long is the rubber wiper blade insert that they hold, then all you need to replace is the rubber wiper blade insert. The stock ones work just fine and they're only around four dollars for each side, from your Acura dealer. Don't forget to re-use the thin metal "veins" that are inside and keep them straight.

These parts are illustrated in the parts diagram here.

I had the same problem with factory wiper blades that were installed improperly by a reputable NSX shop in San Diego (I won't mention any names)... it actually scratched mine down to the bare metal - I got the scratch repaired and seated the factory blade properly... no more problems.

Sounds like this is my problem...just have to seat it properly....and get some proper length blades in there as well. Someone messed this thing all up.
