Windshield washer tube question

When reattaching the tubes for the windshield washers I could not quite figure out how the washer-tube runs around the front hood hinge.
At first, I plugged it into the hinge but then found out that, with the hood closed, it will pinch the tube, preventing any water to come through.

Could anyone post a picture of the area around the left front hood hinge showing how the tube should run toward the washers??

I don't have a pic, but there is a plastic clip that routes the hose around the hinge.

I installed a different hood. Left the tube system out of the install.
Hummm. I can't think of a fer' instance where I would use the dang thing anyway.

Sorry if this is no help but as posted above there are some plastic clip that route it around the hood hinge.

There's a little diagram that is a bit difficult to understand on page 20-51 of the shop manual. I'll try to scan it and post it later.
