Windshield got hit with pebble 02 Camry, who to fix it?

Hi,

I was tooling down the 210 in the 2002 Camry, and a pebble came off a truck and hit my windshield. The potch mark crack is small, probably 2 mm X 2 mm at this time, but I don't want it to spread. I have a clear coat on the inside of windshield which cuts UV by about 70%, and that would cost $70 to redo if I got a new windshield. I got the clear coat from California Tint.

1-Who would you recommend locally to fix it? And why.
2-Is it even worth fixing, or should I just get a new windshield?
