How do you lube the windows, anyway? The manual shows where, but do you have to take the tracks out?

You don't have to take the tracks out, but it makes it a lot easier and allows you to do a more thorough job.

If you remove the tracks, you have to realign the windows, right?

I hate to say this, but I had the same problem, took it to the dealer, and it cleaned and lubed in 15minutes charged me $25. works perfectly now. One of the happiest $25 I've ever spent, would have spent hours on it

My encounter with this problem ended when my friend removed the regulator and lubed the points recommended in the service manual. Also, he reached in from the opennings to put Honda grease on the plastic tracks (left and right sides).
