Hi guys,

I took my window regulator out and wanted to lubricate the parts. It's recommended that Urea high temp grease be used. I was wondering if this is the only type of grease (Honda OEM) that I should use, or can I use the same type of grease that I had used on my tranny and clutch?

Please give me some feedback, thanks.

Frankly it is more important to use the Honda grease on the clutch.

It is pretty cheap for a package of it. That grease is designed to minimize contamination by clutch dust. I would not use anything else.

Thanks Larry. I wished I had gone to the dealer and bought the Urea grease for a piece of mind. When my friend installed the RPS clutch for me, he used a pretty good high temp grease (dropping point 550 degrees) for the clutch. What's done is done now. I think it's too late to re-apply the grease.

Just ordered the Urea grease on Ebay and I will use it for lubriating my window tracks.

What is the Urea Grease part #?
