I sent my dead OEM head unit in and had it back within two weeks and it woks better then ever at a great price!!! If your Bose craps out, send it to them!!!

i prchased one speaker from them and had one repaired from BrianK. Not sure if this makes a diference or not but Brian's rebuild sounds better and crispier than the replaced one. I cant complain with Willman's service as it was a great experience.
