i want to find this out because i'm selling a set of them and the buyer is concern about it.

17x8 17x9 all with +38 offset.

215/40/17 front and 235/40/17 rear? will these fit stock suspension, lower springs and coilovers? thanks.

There is not enough information to tell. The front is particularly crucial since the caliper is hard to clear unless the spokes are very lateral(very shallow lip.)

It's hard to tell whether they will clear the calipers. However, the TCS will not work properly with those sizes, particularly on a '91-93 NSX. The rear tires are too small for that front size tire.
