Will a 91 Intrument cluster fit in a 05?

Fit but the TCS lamp is different. I believe you would need a 95 up to make it work on a 2005.

91 would be out of place, it has red lighting instead of blue.

The color light from the top gel is the same. The background of the gauge faces are blue on the 02+.

The gas gauge in the 02+ uses different voltage than the 91-01. I know this for sure. I had to have my gruppeM boost gauge modified because the gas gauge section didn't work properly. There is a different part # on 02+. Thats just one difference. There may be others, or it may be the only difference.
