from my knowlege the works O disks will require an approx 5-10mm spacer to clear the rear brake caliper. with that said your offset would then become 19-24mm+ in the rears; and for a 19x10 wheel that SHOULD fit FLUSH to the rear fender (ie. nsxotic is running 19x10 +19mm on his advan avs 5)
As to if a O Disk Work Meister S1 will clear the rear caliper, I do not know.
I have had 2 sets of Work Wheels with the O Disk. The Work Termist TM1 which cleared the caliper and the Work Varianza T1S that required a 5mm spacer with stock 1995 brakes (a spacer was not needed for 1997+ cars).
Each wheel design is different. I would suggest contacting a Work distributor to get the wheel templates and go from there.
Here's the Work Termist 19x10 +30 (+29 is 1mm further out than this). This is the Falken FK451 since I had these wheels in Jan 2006 (they're the predecessor to the FK452) which also runs narrow compared to other brands of tires of the same size. The car is lowered on Bilsteins on the lower perch. If it was lowered more, the wheels wouldn't stick out as much because as the NSX suspension compresses, it also pulls the wheels inward.
I have alternate SSR SP1 wheels on O disk +24 19x10 wheels with 8mm spacer on the rear that sat fine with a 275/30/19. If you do go with the offsets you are inquiring about I would suggest a 265 rear. Mine happen to rub the upper fender liner tab on waving dips in the road.
