will 2005 TSX ballast and igniters work?

I need 1 ballast and igniter for my 2002 NSX headlights.

I noticed that the 2005 TSX ballast and igniters look the same. but on the ballast it has a diffrent number, and the part numbers are different.

Anyone know if it would work and fit, or what are the differences?

They are probably the same but if it were me I wouldnt take a chance with just doing one I would change out for a pair of the same.
