Wierd offsets

Hi guys,
When i bought my nsx, the previous owner bought wheels for it but i don't think he knew what he was doing the wheels are 18 x8j offset 45 and 19 x 9.5 offset 25 i don't know alot about offsets but never seen them with this mutch difference. I've tried to sell them but as i already knew, no interest. So im thinking maybe i will put them on the car but i dont think these fit on a stock suspension and fenders or do they

Those offsets should fit. The fronts are not very aggressive (by about 10mm) and the rears are slightly on the aggressive side, but should fit with stock fenders

At full lock will they rub or is that more tire width and height?

That’s probably a function of tire height. On 17/18 setups the fronts on a 215 are just under 24” tall and there is no rubbing. You can check tire specs on tire rack to see tire height (for example https://m.tirerack.com/tires/Spec.jsp?tireMake=Falken&tireModel=Azenis+RT660&partnum=14WR7RT660XL). I assume something in the 24” tall range will be ok
