I think its a scam. I remember that car was listed somewhere else and the buyer wanted $35kish If I remember correctly.
Interesting that he has a "supercharged by comptech" sticker, yet no supercharger.....

Someone in Texas needs to check that license number and let the real owner know or ask to see the car in person.
Searching it's VIN, here on Prime, shows 3 threads about this car. I'm sure you could track down it's real owner with very little work.
