Hate to say it guys but unless you have your NSX as a dedicated track car w/ spares at the tract and you drive it a fair amount on the street then trying to save "weight" at the expense of not having a safety factor of air pump, tools and tire - is just plain silly!  Be prepared guys - I can't imagine an older person doing this.
