Just noticed the fake ram scoops for the brake cooling on the side of the front bumper..... classy.

Exactly. Perhaps the AC on that car is shot and he cannot afford fixing it. A quick check of the Extreme Idiot's Guide for DIY Heating and Cooling gave him/her the idea. What is wrong with that?
