Who has the Excel list for timing belt change

Some months ago, I received via email, an Excel spreadsheet that listed parts needed for a full timing belt change. Actually, I think it was a 90k mile service because it included all hoses, belts, etc.

If that person reads this, would you please pm me. Please don't email it as my email service went out of business.

Okay, I found what I was looking for (sort of). Below is the list of parts needed for a 90K service I think. I got it from someone here on this board and the listed prices was what he was going to charge.

The question again....who sent me this? I'd like to order parts from you. Please PM me.
