Who has a cool garage?

Does anyone out there have one of those really cool garages (nice floor, neat cabinet setup, etc.) that we can use for a photoshoot?

We need a garage to shoot a classic hot rod for a print advertisement.

We would compensate you $500 for any trouble and the shoot would only take a couple of hours in the evening. We're looking for someone in the LA/OC SoCal area.
