Who can install SS Brake lines and do a flush for me?

Got a new set of SS Brake lines and a 1 liter of ATE Blue fluid and want to get everything in. Flush out the whole system, and install the new lines. Any recommend a shop or someone who can do it for me? I'm in Long Beach, CA. Dealership says its a 3-5 hour job. Is that right?
