Is there any aftermarket companies that carry these parts, or do I have to go straight to the Acura dealer? Any online acura or honda parts companies?

I don't know if there are any aftermarket equivalents. At this point in time, I doubt it.
The best deal on Acura OEM parts right now is to join the NSX Club of America and use the club member discount to get parts from Eric Milam at Niello Acura in Sacramento. There are a few other dealers around the country that also discount mail order parts, including Ray Laks Acura (NY) and Acura of Augusta (GA), and A&H Motors, but AFAIK Niello's discounts are the best.

ACRMotorsports what else do i need beside the headlights and the hood. Any small pieces to mount the headlights. I picking up a 92 nsx on thursday. The 02 NSX is a short-run (2 year?) transition model, so its unlikely that the bigger folks can tool up in time.
You might find some one-off conversion options -- e.g., buy an 02 OE hood and have Dali Racing put scoops in it.
