who can fix climate control?

I jsut installed a new one and pulled out this old one.

This old one works SOMETIMES.. wonder if it could be fixed or should I just dump it to trash now.

when it works.. it work 100% fully no blower problem

when its now working. it doesnt work 100% not even the face lid shows up and the buttons are all dead.
