which years of NSX's have upgrades?

I am looking for an NSX between 1994-1998. Which years have upgrades from the factory?

Is a 1994 a much different car from 1998 and newer?
I just would like to know what you guys think about newer models, and which upgraded more modern years are worth the extra money.

The big differences are that in '95 they introduced the NSX-T (removable roof) which comprises almost all '95-98 NSXs, and in '97 they made a bunch of enhancements including the larger engine (+20 hp) and the six-speed transmission. Thus there tends to be a significant jump in price ($6-10K) for a '95 over a '94, and again for a '97 over a '96. Whether it's worth the extra money depends on how much you value removing the roof, how much you value additional performance, and how much you can afford the difference in price.
