I have the taitec knob, but was also debating the zanardi and the nsx-r. I had not seen (except in pictures) any of these prior to ordering mine and i still don't know if i made the right choice as i have not seen the others.

While this might be a personal preference thing, can some of you that have seen these different knobs let me know which one you recommend and why.

thanks

I have the Zanardi knob and here’s my opinion:

1) The knob gets really hot in the summer; sometime it could actually burn your hand in a hot summer day. In fact it stays hot for a few minutes after you start driving because it is bare metal and most of the heat transfer is to your hand.

2) Good grip, it doesn't slide out of my hand.

3) Shape, I personally prefer a thicker knob because of the size of my hand. It doesn't hug your hand like the stock leather wrapped knob, which you can rest your thumb on top. The Zanardi is more like a stick.

4) Look, it is unique and it is titanium. It certainly dresses up the cabin.

5) Length, it is high enough for almost all hands but not too high. Don't know the height compare to the leather wrapped knob.

Never had a chance to try the Type-R knob and don't intend to replace my Zanardi knob.
