where to take NSX for PPI in socal?

Hi all. Long time lurker, first time poster blah blah...

I'm seriously looking into buying a 97+ NSX, and have found one in autotrader:

this seller is 4th owner, and it has quite a few miles on her (but still not bad considering it's 7 yrs old).

anyhoo, I was wondering which Acura dealer in the socal region is THE place to take an NSX to for PPI and possible service/repair work? I'm guessing this car will need 60k service (mebbe more) at the very least, and I definitely want a thorough PPI before considering. This owner already knows the front bottom bumper part (not just the front lip) had been repainted.

I looked in the FAQ section but there weren't that many entries for socal dealers, mostly norcal and one body shop. specifically, anyone has experience with Cerritos or Tustin Acura dealerships?

First: very few dealers have any experience with the NSX.

But - lucky you - you live in SoCal. There are several shops in the greater area that cater to the X and would be glad to check out the car for you. The one I use and can highly recommend is Autowave in Huntington Beach. 714-841-2433 - ask for Shane. They have over 70 NSXs in their data base. Mark - the mechanic there - knows these cars.

And it's a great car.
