Where to go for PPl and maintenance work?

Hi guys. Interested in acquiring a local NSX. Just doing some homework. I've searched and as far as I can tell, the only place to get a PPI done is by a gentleman named Dave (Acuratech27?) at Gillman Acura. Is that correct? Also, where do you guys go for maintenance and/or engine work? I've seen Carboys mentioned in a couple of threads. Are there any other independent shops that you guys use? I still have much to learn about this exquisite car but thanks for any information, and I hope to be an NSX owner in the near future.

Lol. And here a colleague of mine thought I misspelled "bovine."

I live in north houston near 249 and beltway 8 but am willing to drive anywhere so long as the shop is reputable. After reading several other threads, I noticed Carl comes highly recommended, but he no longer works at Acura.
