Where to find used cars?

Does anyone have good sites to find used cars on? Specifically, my brother is trying to locate a pre 99 TL. He likes that style alot more for some reason. The only places I can think of are autotrader.com, cars.com, carsoup.com, ebay and the local paper. Anyone have other sites or know of anyone that is selling a TL like this? Thanks in advance.
