My passenger headlight is higher than the driver side, so I was curious where was the setting to adjust it a little bit lower?

Thx guys I've only had the car for a few weeks.

Another idea is to go to the Wiki and download a free shop manual.
The answer to your headlights and all other repairs/adjustments is in the manual.

Check out post 11 and the next few after that on this post.

Thx, that link should help out when I put in the HID kit I just recently got from WhiteNSX.

Cool thx I didn't think about that, but that's probably a good idea.

Typically the passenger side is suppose to be higher than the driver side. Probably normal.
Really? I wonder why Honda did that? If that's the case then it's normal I guess.

If you carefully look you may see that it's possible to install it without removing the headlight.
I did notice that you said you installed your kit without taking out the headlights in the HID thread. From your pic/avatar you look like you wrench on your car all the time. What do you suggest, should I try and do it that way, or take the headlights out and do it the way the instructions say? This would be the first thing that I do to the car really.

Driver side is lower so you don't blind your on-coming traffic. Not Honda, the automotive industry is all the same on this.

The WhiteNSX HID kit instructions cover installing the kit and adjusting the level
Correct.

When I looked at it I didn't see the reason to take the headlight off and have to deal with adjustments after.
Just need to follow the order after you remove original cap and lamp. I dropped new cap in first. Then attached harness to xenon lamp and put it in place. Put wires through the cap finishing with sealing it with rubber grommet. Connected oe lamp connector and tighten the cap (well I connected hids and tested it first); then wired small block to the headlight frame. And larger unit with 3m on top of the headlight. Make sure wires are not stretched. First side took me about 15 minutes; other one was even quicker. So there you have it.

what year.... LOL pop up lights ir fixed 02+ you never stated
Sorry it's a 91

Thanks, I'm going to tackle it tonight or tomorrow? So hopefully I don't have any issues. Do you have any before and after pics of your install? With the lights on & the wiring placement that you did?

No pictures as I did not have time plus it's really straightforward anyway. With wires it's not like you have many ways to place them. Just make sure there is no tension. I zip-tied it to the headlight housing. Two plastic connectors side by side and zip ties around. Do not zip tie wires itself at least not tight. I wouldn't at all. So basically zip tie goes around plastic connectors and metal bracket of the headlight. You'll see once you take headlight cover off.

Before you begin the adjustment, spray the worm gears with a shot of WD40 and let it penetrate for a little while. It's common on older cars for them to bind and not adjust properly.

Sounds like good advice! I'll do that tonight when I work on it thx

Ok thx maybe I'm just over thinking this, it should be simple enough with everybody's advice.
