Where is the best bodyshop/dentless repair in SF bay area?

I need to fix a door ding on my MDX. And my friend car need a body repair.
Should I go to dentless repair to fix my MDX or should I go to auto body shop?

for paintless dent repair, I highly recommend dent wizard. I had 3-4 major dents removed from my old BMW 325 and after he was done, you couldn't see ANYTHING, it was like brand new. Took about 10-20 minutes for each dent.
