There is some parts confusion!
If you look at this diagram it appears to be the fuel filter with all the associated bits and pieces (part
#1 ).

If you look at this diagram it looks like the filter sock on the fuel pump (part 13)

If it is the fuel filter with the kit of all the associated parts that you were looking for, Honda may no longer sell the complete kit. The fuel filter is definitely available from others: but, I expect that if you are prepared to order all the individual parts separately Acura will be able to supply all the parts. As an observation, I would not order replacement bolts. However, new crush washers are a very good idea. If you do a bit of searching you can probably find the copper washers for a lot less than the Acura price; but, having one stop shopping does save time.
