I finally managed to get a spare... as my NSX is my DD. (I also tested my pump to make sure it still pumps). Anyway, I have the spare bracket, but I don't have the hand turnable bolt to affix the spare tire to the bracket. Is this something I need to get from Acura? Or can someone recommend something from HomeDepot or an Auto parts store that would work?

With some little hardware it can be done, but personally i would get the real thing from the dealer.
You might wanna try the parts wanted forum here on prime, since a lot of guys remove there spare.

Although the bolt thread is probably a standard metric size (10-12mm?), it is long and has a rectangular flange washer attached. It also has a large plastic wing head attached so that it can be screwed/unscrewed by hand. It will be difficult to fabricate something similar from a hardware store because a metric wing head bolt is something that will be difficult to find. I’d recommend finding an OEM replacement through a parts dealer or the parts wanted section here on Prime as DutchBlackNsx has recommended.
