Where can I find a 12v connection up front that only turns on when the car is running

Before I start testing wires, does anyone know where I can find 12v from that is only powered when the key is turned in the ignition, or when the car is running?
I'm hoping to find it at the front of the car (bumper or under hood area).

Look in the fuse box under the front hood .. the one that's closest to the spare tire. It's been 15 years since I did it so don't recall that well (and I'm not near the car at the moment) but I think it's labelled IG1 or IG2 or something like that. I used it to power a relay to turn on some fog lights to meet the requirement in Canada for DRLs.
