Just to be clear, I love the new NSX for what it is and am not saying it's not "worth" the price.  It's just not worth it to me.  If I were going to try to remake and remarket the NSX I would have done one in the $115 range and actually capitalized on the built in fan base of an "NSX".  If I wanted to market a hybrid design and go after an exclusive "new" market I would have done this car and not called it an NSX.

Acura doesn't owe me "a deal" just because I am passionate about my '96 and our little community.  If I wanted the 2017 at msrp I could have had one of the first ones made at msrp.  If I want one now under msrp I could get one.  For me, it's not that it isn't a $200k car but it really isn't an "NSX".  I can still be just as passionate about my 21 year old NSX with 160k miles, 111 track days and 12,000+ track miles and pick up an E63 AMG later this spring with $100k change in my pocket as well as continue to be a vocal supporter of the brand and the NSX community (old and new).
