When to meet in Dallas?

Okay, to make it easier, post the day and time that would be most convenient for you guys to meet up. My address is:

Richardson, TX 75080

Highway 190 runs north of me, 635 to the south, tollway on the west, and 75 on the east. Should be accessible and central for most people in the dallas area.
